Martha Leonardis is the CEO and Founder of NewCo, an international networking boutique and a leading authority in relationship strategies. With over 20 years of experience in the financial market, Martha has established herself as a prominent voice in fostering meaningful connections and driving impactful initiatives.
As the creator of the movement and podcast “A Arte de se Relacionar”, she has attracted top CEOs across Brazil, while her role as a columnist for Exame Magazine further cements her expertise in relationship-building strategies.
Prior to founding NewCo, Martha spent 14 years as a partner at BTG Pactual, where she served as Chief of Staff to the bank’s Chairman, Global Head of Social Responsibility and Events.
In 2020, she conceived and led the social program BTG Soma, accelerating over 70 NGOs in Brazil. The following year, she launched an exclusive networking program that has become a benchmark in the field.
Martha holds a degree in Law along with an LLM in Finance and Capital Markets from INSPER. Her accolades include the Female Leadership Award by Grupo Voto (2023), the Exponential Women Award by Esfera, and recognition as a Leader in Social Responsibility by Money Report (2024).
Notably, she led the branch in Brazil of the international Abraham Path Initiative in 2008, promoting cultural exchange and tourism across regions. Martha’s vision and dedication have positioned her as a trailblazer in global networking and relationship strategies.

With 25 years of experience across Europe and Latin America, Bruno has built his career from BES Investimento in Lisbon to leadership roles in M&A at Amcor and ASSA ABLOY, overseeing more than US$10 billion in transactions.
As Senior Strategic Partner Europe at NewCo, Bruno connects BGG Investment’s European network with NewCo’s reach in Brazil, providing clients with access to investors, strategic partners, and acquisition opportunities to support secure cross-border expansion between the two markets.
Giulio Lattari
Financial Advisory
With more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Executed M&A, capital raising and ECM transactions at BTG Pactual, Citi, Deutsche Bank and Nomura.
Also served as Strategic Finance Lead and Fractional CFO for high-growth companies, including Kovi (YC W19) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from FGV-EAESP and has completed executive education programs at Babson College and the Norwegian School of Economics.
Julia Siqueira
Marketing Director and Head of Business Development
Responsible for the company’s brand positioning, communications, and client acquisition strategies, she leads initiatives that strengthen the firm’s networking and advisory platforms. By developing its communities, events, and thought leadership initiatives, helps attract senior executives, large corporations, and investors.
Has experience leading marketing and growth at technology companies, including the multi-brand food platform Eatopia and the legaltech Docket and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP.
Stefani Riobranco
Operations & Finance Director
Acts as the coordination hub for NewCo’s internal processes, systems and service providers, ensuring smooth execution across mandates. Also responsible for planning and coordinating NewCo’s networking events and relationship-building initiatives.
Previously, prior experience in investment management, media and education groups, supporting partners with operations, vendor management, expense control, events and travel logistics.
